We
learnt the art of building doors from our grandfather and
have since seen no reason to change his way of thinking when
it comes to choosing materials and finishes.

| At
Bovalls Doormakers we build doors as if they were boats. This
may have something to do with the fact that our workshop is
situated on the edge of the sea, at Sotenäset in the county
of Bohuslän. Here, the weather is just as rough as it was
when grandpa laid down the standard of quality for the company.
And that is why we continue to build our doors in more or less
the same way as we always have. Our 18 staff work together to
build doors in short series or by hand for a discerning clientele. |
